As an Interactive Video Teller, you will serve as the virtual gateway to INB for our valued customers. You'll engage with them through our cutting-edge Interactive Video Teller technology, providing a personalized and seamless banking experience.

  3. Product and Service Guidance: Identify customer needs and proactively recommend banking products and services that align with their financial goals. Your knowledge and expertise will empower our customers to make informed decisions.
  4. Problem Solving: Act as a troubleshooter by resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and solving problems with poise and professionalism.
  5. Clear and Articulate Communication: Your well-spoken and articulate communication style will be key in building trust and rapport with our customers. You'll be the voice and face of our bank.
  6. Technology Proficiency: Become a master of our Interactive Video Teller technology, ensuring seamless video interactions and trouble-free transactions.
